• An active commercial registration that includes a valid QR code, as required by the Central Bank.
• A valid national ID for Jordanian clients.
• A valid passport and/or investor card and/or residency permit for non-Jordanian clients.
• A valid vocational license, or a lease contract if the commercial registration is newly issued (less than 3 months).
• A fully prepared and operational commercial premises.
• The business activity must comply with Islamic Sharia principles.
• A business account linked to the company’s/establishment’s account at the bank.
• An individual account at the bank, dedicated exclusively for doctors.
