A maximum of two transactions per month is allowed for withdrawals, deposits, or incoming and outgoing transfers.

The maximum limit per transaction is 350 JOD, with the ability to withdraw up to the available account balance.

The maximum account balance allowed is 700 JOD.

In case of violation of any of the above conditions, the bank reserves the right to convert the account into an individual current account.

Opening a joint basic account (between two or more clients) is not permitted.

The applicant for the Basic Current Account must not hold any other bank accounts in any bank.

If it is found that the client holds other bank accounts or conducts banking transactions elsewhere, the bank has the right to claim all previously exempted fees and commissions, provided that the client is notified.

The account will be frozen after one year of inactivity (no withdrawals or deposits).
