The minimum account opening balance is JOD 100 or its equivalent in foreign currencies. The account is subject to a low balance fee of JOD 1 per month.
The account will be frozen after one year of inactivity (no deposits or withdrawals), and a dormant account fee of JOD 2 per month applies, capped at a maximum of JOD 6 across all customer accounts.
No interest is paid on this account.
